E-learning has become a well incorporated mode of gaining knowledge in majority of the universities in the world. Most of the faculties are encouraging the use of electronic learning by students, a program which students have received with great acceptance. However, the implementation of e-learning in the universities requires support from the administration so as to enable it obtain full potential. As it will be indicated by this research, a large number of universities have been able to implement the program without any hardships, while others are still facing challenges in the process. This is to show that e-learning will take a little more time to be fully adopted and hence, reach its expected potential. According to the outcome of the research, the new technology-supported mode of learning is still at the infant stage in many of the universities; as a result the study provides a number of reasons and offers them strategies to develop and achieve e-learning.
