Abstract :

The research was conducted description of research method the survey with method description. Statistical community – including were all managers and experts cement company . All total of 26 patient's _ EFQM standard questionnaire are used for data collection tools- and for data analysis- is used descriptive statistics of indicators.The obtained result indicate that has been able Neka cement company enablers in the EFQM model to the area 39/49% of their goals to achieve and results in the area 24/74% of their goals to achieve and enablers and results of two dimensions and a total score of 336/16 – which receives that reputations for excellence as a privilege license is received. Nevertheless – the achievement of the objectives is to show cement company performance is desirable and if the company management the more coherent and better field staff and customer outcomes in accordance with the EFQM model criteria and indicators.Certainly company achieving certain in obtained results is more efficient and more desirable.
